Once you decide to buy the awning you want, your order is promoted depending on the availability of the product. Once the payment is processed, the shipment of the product begins, through the cooperating transport companies directly from our store or from the foreign factories that we cooperate with in your area (average delivery time from 4 to 15 working days). For any order within Greece, Tentooniki undertakes the shipping cost without any charge to the customer for purchases over 100 €. When registering your order you will receive an automated e-mail stating the details of your order.
In case your order has any outstanding issues then a corresponding e-mail will be sent to you. Alternatively, we will contact you on the phones you have stated when registering or registering your order on our website. In case you do not receive a relevant e-mail confirming your order or notifying us by phone, it is your obligation to inform us without delay, as there may be a problem with the contact details you have stated.
